Hoy se conmemora el Día Internacional de la Mujer, una fecha que recuerda a toda la sociedad las luchas femeninas por obtener mejores condiciones laborales.
En esta oportunidad quiero aprovechar la ocasión para reconocer el gran aporte de las mujeres de nuestro querido Estadio Croata, socias, profesoras, directoras y administrativas. Ustedes son un gran aporte que enriquece nuestro quehacer: la mirada femenina plena de solidaridad, cooperación y trabajo en equipo. Este día nos recuerda que tenemos que avanzar en el logro de mayores espacios de igualdad para las mujeres y tenemos que dar el empeño de dar pasos, en ese sentido por primera vez el Estadio cuenta con cinco mujeres en su directorio, este es un claro ejemplo a una forma de abrir con mayor fuerza las puertas para la diversidad de equipos.
Todos y todas hemos nacido de una madre y ese solo hecho demuestra el valor social y humano de la condición de las mujeres; pero, más allá de eso, los modos en que lo femenino se inserta en el mundo demuestra que sin sus aportes igualitarios, en las más variadas gamas de la vida no habrá un desarrollo equilibrado y justo. Las saludo en este día con afecto y respeto por sus búsquedas, sus luchas y sus logros.
